Little Wilds provides:

• Simple, seasonal activity ideas
• Calming practices
• A space to save memories
• A Season Book that gathers those memories

Our content is designed for parents and caregivers. It is not professional advice.

Your use of Little Wilds is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Little Wilds. The app is intended for adults caring for children, not for children directly.

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login details private
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access

We may suspend or close accounts used in harmful, abusive, or unlawful ways.

You may add text and photos ("Memories") to your account.

4.1 You own your content

Everything you save remains yours.

4.2 You give us permission to store it

By adding content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, back up, and display your content to you so the app can function. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

4.3 We never use your Memories for marketing

Your content stays private to your account unless you choose to share it outside the app.

4.4 You are responsible for your content

Please ensure anything you upload:

• Is your own
• Does not infringe others' rights
• Is respectful and lawful

By uploading a photo or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so, and that you have any consent needed from (or on behalf of) anyone who appears in it — including, where a photo shows a child, the consent of that child's parent or guardian if that isn't you.

We may remove content that violates these terms.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app or website
• Attempt to access data that isn't yours
• Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Interfere with the security or performance of the service

We may take action if these rules are broken.

If we face a claim, loss, or expense because of content you uploaded without the necessary rights or consents, or because you broke these Terms, you agree to compensate us for the reasonable costs and losses that directly result. This doesn't apply to anything caused by our own fault, and it doesn't affect your statutory rights.

All Little Wilds content — including activities, Calm Moments, design, branding, and text — is owned by Little Wilds.

You may not copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.

We aim to keep Little Wilds stable and accessible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Update features
• Add or remove content
• Change the design
• Discontinue parts of the service

We will always aim to keep the experience gentle and reliable.

Little Wilds currently offers paid features through secure payments handled by Stripe. Before completing a purchase, all prices and plan details will be clearly shown.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time — your plan will stay active until the end of the current period, and you won't be charged again.

Cooling‑Off Period (UK Customers)

Under UK consumer law, you have a 14‑day cooling‑off period for digital subscriptions.

By starting your Little Wilds subscription immediately, you agree that digital access begins straight away. This means you may lose your right to a full refund for the period in which the service has already been used.

If something doesn't feel right, or you believe you were charged in error, please reach out — we're here to help.

Refunds

Because payments are handled through Stripe, refunds are processed securely back to your original payment method.

We follow UK consumer protection guidelines and our own fairness policy:

• If you were charged by mistake, we'll refund you.
• If you forgot to cancel and were charged recently, we'll usually refund you.
• If something isn't working as expected, we'll work with you to make it right.

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. For any billing concerns, email us at support@littlewilds.app — we're a small team and we'll always do our best to help.

Future App Store Purchases

If Little Wilds becomes available on the Apple App Store or Google Play in the future, purchases made through those platforms will follow their respective refund policies.

Gift Codes

Little Wilds gift subscriptions are purchased as single-use redemption codes. The following terms apply:

• Gift codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Codes not redeemed within this period will expire and are no longer valid.
• Each code may only be redeemed once by a single account.
• Once a gift code has been redeemed and the subscription activated, it is non-refundable.
• If a gift code has not yet been redeemed, the purchaser may contact us at support@littlewilds.app to request a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the cooling-off period described above.
• Gift codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or other products.
• Little Wilds is not responsible for codes lost, stolen, or shared without the purchaser's consent.
• We reserve the right to deactivate gift codes that we reasonably suspect have been obtained fraudulently.

Little Wilds may use trusted third-party providers for:

• Secure storage
• Analytics
• Email delivery
• Customer support
• Payment processing (Stripe)

These providers only receive the minimum data needed to perform their function. They operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Our website or app may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Little Wilds is operated from the United Kingdom and is intended for users in the United Kingdom. We make no promise that our content is appropriate, lawful, or available in other locations. If you access Little Wilds from outside the UK, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local laws.

Little Wilds is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Little Wilds provides simple suggestions, not professional advice. You are responsible for ensuring activities are safe and appropriate for your child and environment.

Activities involving outdoor environments, natural materials, physical movement, water, or food items carry inherent risks. Parents and caregivers are solely responsible for supervising all activities at all times and for assessing their suitability for their child's age, developmental stage, ability, and environment. Little Wilds does not and cannot account for individual circumstances, allergies, medical conditions, or local environmental hazards. Always check any natural materials — including plants, berries, soil, and found objects — for safety before use, and ensure activities are appropriate for your specific child and setting.

Some activities suggested by Little Wilds involve natural materials including plants, berries, soil, flowers, and food items. These may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. It is your responsibility to check for any known allergies or sensitivities before undertaking any activity. If in doubt, consult a medical professional. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Wilds does not accept liability for allergic reactions or adverse responses to natural materials.

Our Calm Moments and calming practices are general wellbeing suggestions. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and they are not a substitute for professional support. If you have concerns about your own or your child's health or wellbeing, please speak to a qualified professional.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Wilds is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of data (except where required by law)
• Issues arising from misuse of the app
• Losses arising from events outside our reasonable control

Subject to the first paragraph of this clause, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Little Wilds is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Little Wilds in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

You may stop using Little Wilds at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if necessary for security or legal reasons.

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify you on our website or in the app. The "Last updated" date will always show the most recent version.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of Little Wilds, are governed by the law of Scotland. The Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.

If you live in England, Wales or Northern Ireland, nothing in this clause prevents you from bringing proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the law of the place where you live.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Little Wilds about your use of the service. If we don't enforce a right under these Terms straight away, we haven't waived it.
